We don’t really care for many radios after the 40’s as they for some reason began to become very plain. The exception to the rule would be a Crosley as we grew up in Cincinnati and will always have a special place for Crosley’s or Midwest radios.
Nothing special, 6-tube, 2-band (Broadcast and shortwave). Taken apart, cleaned, recapped, all bad wiring and tubes replaced and some issues with the cabinet repaired. This found a good home with a co-worker of who provided us with a Musicaire and RCA console from a thrift store he visited and also a nice working oscilloscope in exchange for a ’28 Philco 95 console..
